US Adds Sanctions to International Criminal Court
The Trump administration announced more sanctions against the International Criminal Court, an institution the White House has accused of unfairly targeting the US and Israel.
The US Treasury Department had previously imposed penalties on top officials at the court, but on Friday it designated the entire body.
The move comes the same day that international human rights lawyer Navi Pillay was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize, an award President Donald Trump has openly coveted.
