Why do I keep hitting the usage limit after just 3–4 short chats?

I'm only having 3–4 short conversations, nothing lengthy or complicated, and somehow I'm already hitting the limit. This wasn't happening before, so I'm confused about what's changed. It feels like the usage limits have suddenly become much stricter. Is anyone else experiencing this recently? Have the limits been reduced, or is this some kind of bug? It's honestly frustrating to hit the limit after such minimal usage. I'm on Plus plan
