30 day trial issue

I just started my trial and I’ve noticed that when I’m on cellular only, I can’t be on a phone call and check my speed at the same time. I could do it fine when I switched over to my AT&T eSIM, but it fails when I’m using the T-Mobile eSIM. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
