built a tool so I never have to send a PDF proposal again

Got sick of making 10-page PDFs for clients just to watch them open it on a phone, ignore all the technical architecture, and scroll straight to the final price. So I spent the last few weeks building an alternative. It turns specs and proposals into a responsive web link where you can embed actual interactive diagrams, and it shows you which sections the client actually spent time on. Still pretty early, but would love to know if people who do client work would actually use web proposals or if your clients strictly demand a flat PDF file anyway
