iPhone 18 pro max failing Apple cellular diagnostics check

Anyone else with the same results? Generally cell service works as well/badly as the 16 Pro Max I traded in. Sometimes I need to try 2 or 3 times to originate a call and sometimes text messages don’t send but generally it seems ok - so not the same as the AT&T fiasco.
