Llama-apps – an open-source Vercel alternative you can self-host

I moved about 16 projects off Vercel onto my own Ubuntu servers and ended up writing the deploy tooling I wanted along the way. That turned into llama-apps. What it does: connect a Git repo, push to main, and it builds your app and runs it in a Docker container on your server. Two ways to use it: - Self-host: clone the repo and run it on any VPS. Apache 2.0, no paid features held back. - Hosted: lla.ma/r/zecqn4 has a free tier if you don't want to manage a server. [Free tier limits.] It's plain JavaScript, Node, Postgres, and Docker. No Kubernetes. This is a one-person project. I run my own 17 projects on it, so it's tested on real workloads, but only mine. I'd like feedback on the self-host install in particular, since that's where I have the least outside testing. Repo: github.com/tonyanglesey/llama-apps
