Help with DNS and Containers

Hi everyone im currenty in the process of setting up my homelab and im primarily struggling with setting up the Reverse Proxy and DNS and i am not really finding any helpfull resources to help me and im really overwhelmed and would kindly ask for some guidance To give yall a round down of what i have and still want/need to do, here is the following Container: Podman using run scripts and Pods Domain: prolet.party aquired from Cloudflare and want to use Cloudflare as the backend Router: Fritz!Box 6660 DynDNS: Bash Scripts interacting with API Tokens current working containers: Jellyfin, Seer - Raspberry Pi4, Arr Stack with Unmanic, Cleanuparr, SABnzbd and qBittorrent - Desktop PC Planned containers: Syncthing, Immich, Caddy, Adguard Home with Cloudflare, DNS over TLS, DNS over HTTPS and DNSSEC- Raspberry Pi4 Beszel and Dozzle on Pi4 and Desktop to communicate together 1) Cloudflare and Caddy - The Cloudflared tunnels work but because of Mobiles apps and the TOS i want to configure a reverse proxy and its not working i tried multiple different Caddyfile configs, build the image with the cloudflare plugin using xcaddy and used the caddybuilds image with built in cloudflare. I remade the Records, port forwarded port 80 and 443 and added my domain to the Fritz!Boy DNS-Rebind with no success. What am i doing wrong and how can i fix that? 2) Adguard Home - Having a basic Setup is fine and adding it as a local DNS in my DHCP works but i would like to if possible integrate it with caddy and use DNS over TLS, DNS over HTTP and/or DNSSEC plus my Frit!Box also supports a DNS over TLS option in its global DNS settings, but with all the options and configs plus the Caddy issue im overwhelmed and dont quite understand how to set it up, do yall have some tips and infos? Thats basically it, thanks in advance
