TIBO: Don't reset. Top-up.

A lot of users choose to burn through their quota at specific times of the week (e.g. last few days), for whatever reason. When you reset, you are stealing from them. I'm sure you and OpenAI know this already. Instead of random resets, give users: A banked reset (expiring in 30 days), OR A "top-up". Topping up ensures no user is worse off and avoids OpenAI having banked resets as a liability. OpenAI's diminishing goodwill should improve after this.
