I was wondering how BHs handle the re-investment (or not) of their dividends and capital gains. We are both retired - I will be 71 in a few months and DW will be 69 next month. I am currently not re-investing dividends in our brokerage account and have the money transferred monthly or quarterly to our checking account to help pay expenses. I just checked my Fidelity account and it appears I am not reinvesting capital gains either from FXAIX (S&P 500 fund) which I didn't realize I set up that way. I am reinv
