Alan, a minimal coding agent.

I have been building this for a while and thought I would share it here as recently I added support for DeepSeek provider. Here is the repo : github.com/Revantark/alan It is a minimal terminal coding agent. It doesn't have subagents or mcps as of now. But it supports: - basic features such as tools, skills (manually triggered via # ), permissions, modes. - supports images. - has permission modes - supports local models (can be added via /local add) I built this primarily for myself, and a small learning project gradually turned into something I actually use. You may ask why another coding agent ? Honestly, I don't have a particularly good answer. It started as a learning project, and I just kept building it. Thanks for reading, much appreciated.
