Investing - Theory, News & General • Wealth/Investment Advisors career?

My friend is so excited about his son who is graduating with an economics degree and planning to be a wealth/investment advisor. I know this is a DIY website but is becoming and Advisor still a good career path? Between tons of free help, AI and websites like this can a guy still make a living as an advisor?
