what are people actually using it for in real design work? text to vector AI
I keep seeing text to vector AI mentioned like it’s mainly for making a cool graphic from a sentence, but I’m more interested in where it actually fits into normal design jobs. the useful part would be getting a rough starting point from a description instead of staring at a blank page. Something like a customer asking for a simple badge, icon, shirt graphic, mascot idea, or decorative element. If the first result is halfway decent, I can take it into CorelDRAW and clean it up from there. I’m not expecting the generated result to be finished artwork. That part seems unrealistic. I’m more curious whether it cuts down the first hour of messing around with ideas. Also wondering what happens when the prompt gets more specific. Does adding colors, layout, object placement, or print requirements actually help, or does the output get weird? I’m asking because I’ve got a bunch of small design jobs coming up where the concept takes longer than the actual production. If this can shorten that first step, I could see myself using it pretty often.
