How do you set up Usenet with backup qBittorrent?

I have a fully working docker jellyfin server that uses qbittorrent. I recently added my usenet nzbget to be the primary, but i realized the folder structures are conflicting. Nzbget seems to only place its downloads inside of its own folder and doesnt accept my mapping. Im not sure how to get the arrs to find them and move them to the shared folder that Jellyfin is looking for. Has anyone done this succesfully? Thanks if you can help. Yml is attached by pastebin.
