Actual cost for 3 lines on the $170 plan?

We currently have 3 lines with Verizon and pay about $143/month due to loyalty discount. This discount expires in about 3 months, and without it our bill will jump to around $188/month. I’ve been able to get the loyalty discount renewed in the past, but honestly, doing this every year is becoming a pain. It usually involves countless calls, talking to multiple reps. We’ve kept an old grandfathered plan that includes Disney + and Hulu without ads This T-Mobile plan caught my attention, especially because we really like the idea of being able to upgrade our phones every year. Although, clearly we’re not exactly serial upgraders considering my mom is still with her 13 pro max and my husband and I recently upgraded our 11s for 16 pro last year. I assume the $170 is not the out the door , meaning there could potentially be additional $20+ in taxes and fees?
