Does adding/removing 3rd (Premium) seat in Biz/Teams affect a BOGO promo?

If I have 2 non-premium Biz seats in CODEX with the old BOGO promo. If I add one premium seat for 1 month (so, 3rd seat total), and then remove it a month later -- does that affect the BOGO promo with OpenAI? Did anyone try it? Thanks
