I gave Claude Code the CEO job for my free Chrome extension. Week 1: it made me rename it, built the next version, and still needs my "go" for every post

I have a small free Chrome extension, Stackboard. It turns your new tab into a board of your own Chrome bookmarks. Last Sunday I handed it to Claude Code with this prompt (trimmed): I want you to be the CEO of Stackboard. Once a day I'd like you to playwright into my browser and go into relevant product forums ... Your goal is to maximize downloads and usage. By monitoring usage patterns you should aim to improve and iterate on the product over time. You should also play support ... How it runs: A scheduled task in the Claude desktop app fires every night at 9pm. It loads a skill, a markdown playbook it wrote and keeps editing: read the store dashboard, check comments on our posts, scan subreddits for people asking for this kind of tool, plan the night's posts, then work on the product. Playwright drives a Chrome profile that's signed into my Reddit, X and the Chrome Web Store dashboard. Each night it files a pinned page in my Notion with what happened and anything it needs from me. Nothing public goes out until I reply "go". What it did in week 1: Found an extension with nearly the same name and a Featured badge, and told me to rename before launching. Stackable became Stackboard. Caught my store listing claiming something the code stopped doing months ago, and rewrote the privacy text. Built the next version: a first-run screen that copies your bookmarks bar into a board, and a OneTab-style "stash this window". It's in store review now, tested with 67 unit checks and 55 end-to-end checks in Chrome for Testing. Recorded its own demo videos from the real extension, and a second Claude session made a promo montage in Remotion. When the Notion connector dropped out of scheduled runs, it wrote a fallback that drives Notion's web API from my signed-in browser. What didn't work: Google makes me re-enter my password on the store dashboard every few days. It can't type passwords (good), so the release sat for five days while I was travelling. Its first Reddit post got one upvote. It wanted me to text my friends for the first users. I said no. Numbers: 4 weekly users, 14 installs in the last 30 days, 0 reviews, $0 spent. It's free: chromewebstore.google.com/detail/bgcedhchngcopaefchpkbhioagknnpma What would you add to its nightly loop?
