Codex Review credits?

Since yesterday's new launches, codex review has been saying this: "You have reached your Codex usage limits for code reviews. You can see your limits in the Codex usage dashboard . To continue using code reviews, add credits to your account and enable them for code reviews in your settings ." Despite my usage not being up, and it just reset so I've barely done any reviews. Then when I enable credit usage it starts working again, but it's not using any credits? What's up with this?
