How do you market to the world market? [I will not promote]

My friend and I decided to go all in on starting our own studio startup after experiencing a toxic work environment. We vouched for the developer experience and we have been providing that for a year and half now. We now finally have multiple product ready for public release, including a mailing list manager and an email validation tool. These two can be marketed to the world market. We are an African startup btw. We both never been at this stage, we have never done marketing/sales for saas products. My question is how do you market for the world? What’s the best/quick way to get first 1000 users?
