Do you use behavioral economics/science? If so, where do you get your insights from? i will not promote

I wonder if your firm/startup uses (or wants to use) behavioral economics/science, drawing on this rich academic/scientific discipline to help you better understand your customers, design better products, better marketing strategies, etc. If so, what is your source? Do you hire someone? Work with an academic? Simply do a Google (or AI) search?
