Where to find a co-founder? I will not promote

I'm building a startup and I think it will launch very soon, I’m currently handling the technical/product side, and I’m looking for someone (co-founder) who could eventually take more ownership of growth, marketing, and operations. For those who have found one (a co-founder), where did you meet them, and what worked for you?
