What would you pay an ops/analyst to take off your plate? I will not promote

I’ve got experience in supply chain and business analysis (data, Excel, reporting, process improvement, operations, etc.), but I’ve been unemployed for 5 months and don’t have much capital to start a traditional business. I’m trying to turn my existing skills into a small service I can offer to businesses. For those of you who run businesses: what boring/repetitive problems would you actually pay someone to solve for you? Inventory analysis? Excel/data cleanup? Dashboards? Supplier research? Process improvement? Something completely different? I’m less interested in “what business should I start?” and more interested in what problems are businesses already willing to pay to make disappear? Would really appreciate some honest ideas from people who have actually run businesses.
