Title: [Beta readers] Local-first Home Assistant book

Need 3 testers for Proxmox/ZFS/VLAN configs I've finished my book on building a local-first smart home (HP Z440, Proxmox VE 9.2, ZFS rpool + tank, 4 VLANs 10/20/30/40, Frigate, RTX 5060 Ti). Original house build was decommissioned in 2026 so some configs are updated to current releases and need testing on real hardware. Looking for 3 people to try Chapters 2-4 (40 pages) and flag what breaks. Beta copy for error-checking only, not for sharing. DM me your hardware and which chapter you can test.
