Tmobile apparently trying to add more" free perks

I'm pretty committed to leaving since they forced the upgrade plan. I'm just in a phone credits finance situation that once that's gone, so am I. I hate the uncarrier BS and replacing workers with AI / TLife app. Recently their CEO was talking about adding more perks since they expect less retention and slower customers since they made those changes Which has me going " wait yal didnt talk about this before forcing everyone to upgrade their plan?" And yal are still keeping this guy as CEO? I personally will applaud a bunch of quarters of losses at this point for Tmobile as long as this leadership is in charge. What are current perks are they adding or ones they could reasonably add that would keep you? Also I'm on a military plan which I Commend T-Mobile for having so more perks for military plans could potentially sway me to stay
