Just started doing SEO for our startup and it’s a lot of work. What tools are you guys using to help with the process? I will not promote.

We’re working with an SEO agency and they give us a weekly list of topics to write about, and content recommendations for each article to put up on our site. Then, we hand it over to content writers who spend a couple days to write (even though they use AI it still takes time to research and write something meaningful). The content is reviewed, I take the pages live on the site and we watch GA metrics, rinse and repeat. We’re following a very adhoc system on Google sheets and docs for this, and it’s getting a bit chaotic even though we’ve just gotten started. So I was wondering if there’s a better process, or some tool that can help automate some or most of this pipeline. Basically what I’m looking for is a tool that can automatically do keyword research, suggest topics and categories to write about, use AI to generate the content recommendations, allow humans to review and correct it, write the content and finally publish it on our site. I have half a mind to build this myself, but just wanted to check if there’s already tools that people are using for this. Thanks.
