Mutual Pressure Between Gases
If we have two gases seperated initially by an immovable seperator. The gases are at different pressures. When we remove the seperator, the gases directly exert pressure on each other. By Newton's third law each gas particle exerts equal and opposite pressure. How is this pressure related to the individual pressures of the two gases?
