guidance for deeptech startup please - i will not promote

Im a solo founder and my company is based in deeptech(especially research stuff).(havent formed a legal entity yet though) does any VC's like yc fund deeptech startups or is it only suited for angels and private VCs ? any guidance would help hugely. any good angels or vcs that have a name for backing up Deeptech companies that takes time to generate revenue.
