Founders on reddit, How much trust do you have on freelancers after AI [I will not promote]

AI has definitely bloated alot of professions. For any founders that have relied on freelancer services before, how do you navigate it nowadays? Or do you completely avoid it? Personally, I observe that the gap between established freelancers and newbies has widened quite a lot due to these issues of trust. What do you think would be the biggest green flags in a freelance profile? For newbies, the main idea was once to build a few solid projects and then market them. However, projects aren't that big of a roadblock anymore, which leaves little substance to market imo.
