Looking for a self hosted RSS reader

I have been trying out several self hosted RSS readers, but none of them seem to fit the bill. They all fall short in some key missing features that are necesary for me. These include the following. - Self hosted (obviously) - Web based - No docker (I don't have docker on any of my systems because of reasons) - Reading pane - Must be able to change the refresh rate of the feeds easily as well as on demand - Image thumbnail if there is one in the article I have become accustomed to Inoreader over the years for a web based reader, but it is unreliable when it comes to updating Reddit RSS feeds. I have also become accustomed to Akregator as a desktop reader and it would work great if there was a web interface for it. I would self host that if there was an option, but there isn't. So far I have tried the following. - FreshRSS (tried the xExtension-ThreePaneReader plugin but it no longer works) - Miniflux - Commafeed - Yarr - Fusion
