3D scanned my stump and axe and made a satisfying firewood splitting simulator
I love splitting firewood and thought it would be a fun thing to turn into an interactive 3D experience. I wanted it to be representative of my own personal firewood splitting experience so I 3D scanned my splitting stump in my yard, 3D scanned a piece of wood I had and extracted the bark/top/inside textures, and 3D scanned my axe and used reference video of myself splitting wood to animate the axe motion in Cinema 4D. I recorded all the sounds too. The game is in threejs, it was coded using Antigravity and Claude and then I switched to Codex to turn it into a full-featured iOS game. Id love to hear what you think! You can play it free in browser at screen.toys/firewood The iPhone game is free without any ads and theres a one-time $0.99 unlock to get access to the competitive features but I am not trying to sell that here so you can get the full unlock for free using this link: apps.apple.com/redeem
