Stupid question - if Opus 5.5 is better than Fable 5.1, why would we ever use Fable 5.1?

Looking at the post and how it's better in every category except one, why would we ever select Fable 5.1 for a job? Edit: I can't reply to everybody, but thank you so much for your answers. This is really helpful in understanding the difference between the models and which one to use.
