Where to post a new theory? [closed]

I'm a person who doesn't work in academia with a new interpretation of quantum mechanics.

Where am I supposed to actually communicate it to physicists? Everywhere I try to do it, I am immediately banned for personal theories. We all know that amateur researchers did the most pioneering research in the 19th century, and Einstein started out as an amateur. Is it fear that it will happen again, and the amateurs will prove to be more creative? There are literally things like gain of function research, nurtured in academia, which imperil us all, which receive a less frenetic response from the censors.

I'm asking honestly. Where would be a good idea to post my ideas? Does anyone know? Is the "official" recommendation to beg individual academics, "Please, sir, could you hear out my ideas?"
