Things you wished you did before launching? [I will not promote]

Are there any best practices and/or wisdom that other founders would like to share about things they wished they had done before launching their app? It can be obvious things like wishing you had a privacy policy or terms of service, but beyond that, things you could only have learned from launching products that are not immediately obvious. Anyone have some wisdom to share on that front?
