Cancel online order and do in store pickup?

We ordered two of the the new iPhone 18 pro max’s for next day air for the 18th. It’s since received 4 delays and is now saying September 24th for delivery. We were new customers that were porting a number over so we do not have a T-Mobile account. Is there a way for us to cancel the online order and just go to a physical store for the iPhones (it’s getting a little ridiculous since there has to be a signature and they keep changing delivery at the end of the day after one of us has been waiting all day).
