Do you ask Claude to de-verbose it's content?

I dislike spaghetti, but appreciate how fast I can iterate when using Claude. I've started treating it like I would a junior including refusing verbose output and telling them to make it brief and return to me with that version. But I admit I am far from a power user, and more an average bloke just tinkering on side projects. So I was wondering what other folks are doing? Do you see an impact on quality?
