Cowork has become unusable for Github?

​ Can someone please help me understand how to make Github accessible on Cowork again? For months, Claude helped me push things to Github with a token. But now ever since Anthropic changed the way Cowork sessions are handled Claude can't seem to use Github at all in their sandbox.
