Astra extra high vs Sol 5.6 Extra high for UI?

I have been using Astra Extra High to redesign my app, it did good job but it uses a lot of usage so I was thinking to start using old chat with Sol 5.6 Extra high. Will Sol mess up UI Astra made if I am gonna keep adjusting it?
