Thingport - imported models library

Everyone has a problem - everyones 3D-printable models were scattered everywhere — bookmarks across MakerWorld, Printables, and Thingiverse, random downloaded ZIPs, half-organized folders. Thingport attempts to fix that. More info in GitHub: TautvydasDerzinskas/Thingport How is this different from other existing, similar services? The main goal of Thingport is to make it as easy as possible to import models from different platforms, such as Printables, Thingiverse, and MakerWorld. That's why it even has a dedicated browser extension that lets you save models directly from those sites. Use of AI AI—more specifically, Claude—was used heavily throughout the development of this project. Some parts were written entirely by me, while others were generated with significant assistance from AI. If you're a human-code-only purist, this service is probably not for you. 🙂
