Research output is slowing down due to lack of computing resources- How to integrate two accounts?

I am in academia and have been heavily using AI to accelerate my research. Recently I got approved for Claude scientist and I took the pro version of Chatgpt. But after 3 days of using both Claude and Sol5.6, my codex usage is down to 30%. I want to get so much done but unable to do looking at my limits. If I take another claude account for x20, how do I integrate my accounts in the Claude cowork application. Let's say I am using the different accounts for the same project. How are people will 2 accounts handling this?
