Looking for a strategy to directly watch streaming sites via searxng

Hi everyone. This is my first post on Reddit. I have an Ubuntu server that I mainly use to provide a private search engine (SearXNG) for my friends. I’d like to ensure that friends using my search engine (with DNS-over-HTTPS) can go directly to the correct domains for Serie A football streaming sites. I have no idea how to do this without scraping Telegram to track down the new domain whenever it changes. Are there any alternative strategies? Thanks! ❤️
