I built a shared family planner because my partner and I kept double-booking the same weekend. Three weeks on the App Store, zero reviews.

I am the developer, solo, and this is the first thing I have shipped to both stores. The problem was stupid and specific: our calendar was on my phone, the shopping list was in her notes app, and the "are we free on the 14th" question got answered wrong about once a month. Every family app I tried solved one of those and ignored the rest. So it does the boring combination. One shared plan holds the calendar, the tasks, the notes and the meal plan. You plan the week's meals and the ingredients land on a shared shopping list by themselves, which is the one bit I actually use every week. There is a budget side too for splitting costs, which came from a holiday where four of us lost track of who paid for what. Free for two people including sync. More than two is paid. The free tier shows ads after the first week, which I would rather tell you than have you find out. It has been live for three weeks on apple and has no reviews at all, so I genuinely do not know what lands and what does not. Happy to answer anything. have got a few active users from another subreddit and they seem to enjoy it.
