Better way to host Jellyfin on home computer on Xfinity?

This is my first time running a server from my home computer to access it remotely. I’m running Jellyfin on a Mac Mini M2 Pro over Tailscale on Xfinity internet service. But I have noticed that I need to restart Jellyfin server once or twice a day. Is there a better solution for keeping the server running?
