Netflix Premium Added

So I recently saw my bill jump by $20 this month. So I started looking into by bill and see that Netflix premium was added. I just had the basic Netflix. So I call T-Mobile and representative states that it was added last month. I was like how? Rep initially stated it can only be added via TLife or calling which I assumed also. Then later rep states it can also be upgraded via the Netflix app when an ad pop up for “no ads” appears, which I didn’t know. Is that true? I thought it was only Tlife or by calling changes can be made. If so, I probably click it by accident, usually try to close ads pops quickly and don’t see what they are.
