Claude + Google Drive: Is there a better alternative for working with files?

I use Claude quite a bit for mechanical engineering failure analysis, and I often need to add a data book or technical document to the chat. The problem is that my company laptop blocks file uploads to Claude. I try to work around this by using Google Drive, but when I select the option to add a file from Drive, many of my files simply don't show up. The solution I've found so far is to ask Claude to search for the file in Google Drive. However, I have to keep remembering and providing the exact filename every time. I find this process much more convenient in ChatGPT because files are organized in a library, making it easy to tell whether a file is in Google Drive or stored in ChatGPT's own cloud. Does anyone who uses Claude frequently know of a better alternative for organizing and accessing Google Drive files without having to remember the exact filename for each one?
