How to evaluate the paper “extended Maxwell equations derived from spacetime geometry"? [closed]

I would like to ask for community comments on a recent paper titled “extended Maxwell equations derived from spacetime geometry”.

Brief summary of its core claims:

  1. It claims to explain the fundamental contrast between like charges repelling and like masses attracting. It also derives the inverse-square force law and the Lorentz force, achieving a unified description of electromagnetism and gravity within a classical framework.
  2. The derivation is presented as axiomatic / from first principles, built upon three axioms: the relativistic properties of spacetime, energy conservation, and the standard charge condition, with no ad-hoc additional assumptions.
  3. It introduces a complex 4-dimensional spacetime product and associated spacetime curl formulas as its central mathematical construction.

I would like to ask how the community would evaluate this paper.
