Is T-Mobile hotspot always low priority QCI 8?
I've been looking at alternatives to T-Mobile lately and doing some research into various plans. I came across a mention that T-Mobile deprioritizes on-device hotspot data ("QCI 8 (Low Priority): Typically used for specific dedicated on-device hotspot allocations or certain data-only plans.) Does this mean any sort of hotspot that is initiated by a phone on T-Mobile whether wireless or Ethernet runs at QCI8? I actually need to use hotspot often for work and didn't realize I've been getting the lowest priority all this time. Or am I wrong to assume that? I am currently exploring USMobile plans which would offer me different providers and their lower priority on T-Mobile wouldn't matter if the hotspot is always lowest...
