Simple monitor with a heartbeat?

I would like to setup a simpke monitoring system on a remote server, to monitor my home one. I am looking for one that would have a heartbeat function : sending HTTP calls to (for instance) healthcheck.io so that I know that the monitor is monitoring :) EDIT: I feel that I did not express my need clearly. I need a monitoring tool to monitor various services (there are plenty) which also has the ability to send a ping to another service (a heartbeat). This will ensure that I will be informed when this service is down (it cannot monitor itself) EDIT 2: I was overthinking this, any monitoring service will have this, I just need to add healthchecks.io to "check" them on a cycle.
