I asked Claude for a score-following animation of Chopin's Barcarolle, Op. 60 — it built the whole thing end to end

I gave Claude a single ask: turn Chopin's Barcarolle, Op. 60 into a score-following video. No MIDI file, no MusicXML, no score scan from me — it generated the notation, the timing, the note-by-note highlighting and the audio itself. What I ended up with is the first ~60 seconds: the engraved score scrolls horizontally, each note lights up as it sounds, and there's a soft glow tracking the playhead. Pedal markings, slurs, dynamics and the velocity numbers over the right-hand line all came out of the same pass. The part I didn't expect was the sync holding up. The Barcarolle is in 12/8 with a rocking left hand under a right hand that goes into thirds and sixths and a lot of ornamentation, and the highlighting stays locked to the audio through all of it.
