In need of feedback on my retail store banner redesign

Hi everyone, I’m just starting out in the design industry. A friend asked me to create a large banner for his store that consolidates everything currently displayed in the windows. The goal is to keep the windows and other walls clean while still showcasing all the products and information. This is my redesign. I’ve struggled to find a stronger way to arrange everything he needs included. I’d really appreciate any thoughts on the layout, hierarchy, or overall composition.
