IntelliJ IDEA 2026.2.3 Is Out!

We’ve just released IntelliJ IDEA 2026.2.3. You can update to this version from inside the IDE, using the Toolbox App, or using snaps if you are a Ubuntu user. You can also download it from our website.

The latest update brings the following improvements:

• When opening a recent project, the Maven tool window is now populated with the corresponding data. [IDEA-391792]
• Several causes of IDE freezes have been resolved. [IJPL-235455], [IJPL-252292]
• The vertical scrollbar is once again displayed correctly in the Markdown preview pane. [IJPL-251259]
• The PlantUML extension has been updated to version 1.2026.6, enabling support for its latest features. [IJPL-253366]
• Applications running in Debug mode with WSL2 mirrored networking no longer become unresponsive and can be stopped as expected. [IDEA-355585]
