Pulley Cap Table is Shutting Down in Dec 2026 (I will not promote)

If you use Pulley (this is mostly for C Corp startups) as your cap table provider, make sure you transfer to another cap table provider ASAP. I would've missed this if it didn't get flagged to me by someone on my team. A lot of important docs there that help you track your ownership along with employee ownership and vesting. They are recommending Carta - but there's a few others out there too that can work fine.
